the food court is awesome and so is the grocery store. i love mochi. its really clean and the service is fast. you can also see a lot of japanese people with crazy hair.
Pros: cheap eats, mochi
Cons: they dont sell the red bean pancakes

Katsuhana is located inside Mitsuwa Japanese market Torrance store. They serve Japanese style cutlet dishes. I love their shrimp cutlet with tartar sauce. Delicious and reasonable

Katsuhana has the most authentic and delicious katsu that I've ever had outside of Japan! It's conveniently placed in the Mitsuwa food court. The service is super friendly and the wait is never too long. I love their hitokuchi hirekatsu (kind of like katsu nuggets).
